Whether it’s sketching, brainstorming, prototyping, 3D modeling; if there’s a task that needs to get done, I have the ability to do it outright or teach myself how to do it. Not only that, but my time on the Playmaker Design team honed my ability to hit the ground running, get the job done, and move on to the next task. Wherever you need help most, I can make an impact.
Project Management
It never hurts to have an understanding of the bigger picture. Time as a Project Engineer gave me valuable experience in communicating goals and timelines to various teams, including QA, marketing, design, and engineering teams. Understanding the influence and pacing of different teams’ assignments also allows me to prioritize multiple projects and stay on top of a heavy workload.
Intellectual Properties Experience
Working with established Intellectual Properties is no easy task. My time at Hasbro left me with a practiced eye for detail, but also the confidence to communicate with overseas manufacturing teams, IP holders, independent inventors, and both internal and external corporate partners.
